Supporting Troy HS Soccer, One Pair at a Time
In a strong show of hometown pride and support in 2025, Collar City Football Club donated soccer socks to the junior varsity and varsity boys teams at Troy High School, helping ease the financial burden on players and their families. By covering the cost of this essential piece of gear, the club ensured student-athletes can focus fully on competing, improving, and representing their school with confidence. It’s another meaningful example of Collar City FC’s ongoing commitment to uplifting the Troy community and investing in its young athletes.
Where It All Began: Prospect Park 2024
Before the start of the 2024 CDSL season Collar City FC set out to find a soccer field in Troy N.Y. that we could use to play the game we love! After weeks of searching with no results we decided to think outside the box. Prospect Park was underdeveloped but had the foundation that we we're looking for. After repairing goal posts, installing nets, and bringing in equipment accessible to the team and to the public, the park became home to C.C.F.C
